From School to Career

Our new apprentices (m/f/d) can expect an interesting and varied program during an introductory week in Riedlingen. Training sessions on products, IT programs, SAP, legal basics, etc. take place. During the production tour, apprentices have the opportunity to experience live how our LINITHERM insulation boards are made. The introductory days are filled with excitement, fun, and activities. To get to know each other, there are many joint activities with apprentices from different locations.

  • Receipt and inspection of goods
  • Proper and responsible storage of products
  • Picking and packaging of products
  • Proper operation of transport machinery
  • Participation in optimizing warehouse logistics
  • Ensuring timely transport of goods
  • Learning to use Office, SAP, and other computer programs
