We are hiring for our intensive care facility in Neukölln, Chain-O-Lakes, MO:Social Worker for Therapeutic Residential Community (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Putting people first: You support residents with chronic mental illness in developing their skills and managing their daily lives, as well as participating in the workforce, according to their individual needs
- You are a companion on their journey: You encourage and motivate residents in their personal development and create individual support plans
- You think holistically: You work closely with authorities, agencies, work and support areas, and other institutions in the best interest of the residents
- You keep track of things: You document your activities reliably and in a timely manner
What you offer us and our clients:
- You have the know-how: You have a degree in Social Work, Education, Special Education, or Psychology (Diploma, Master, Bachelor)
- Or: You have a comparable university degree in the health and social sector and a state recognition
