Ellumen is looking for a
Project Management Lead to lead an upcoming Health IT Modernization effort that will decommission the current legacy Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS), and design, develop, and implement a Modernized electronic health record (EHR) system to improve patient engagement through electronic access to health information

PMO Project Management Lead. The role of the PMO project manager lead(s) is to lead and manage individual projects within the HHS Program.

Pending on type of projects, e.g., setting up a CDR within the 4DW, a development of one or more clinical data management tools, or reporting of clinical quality and compliance reports.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that project deadlines are met
  • Coordinate workflow across simultaneous, ongoing tasks
  • Provide documents to Program Manager in a timely manner
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:


  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance (active clearance preferred)
  • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other nationally recognized project management certification credentials.
  • Bachelor's degree or Graduate Degree in related field.
  • Experience Developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans (QA/QCP)
  • Experience providing services related to analysis, design, evaluation, implementation, and testing.
  • Experience with 508 compliance assessments
  • Experience with Risk Management Framework, evaluating technical threats, cost, and scheduled performance.
  • Proficiency with government authorized Cloud Service Provider (CSP) solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience providing government IT healthcare solutions.
