This is how you contribute:

  • Execution of maintenance, inspection and testing orders
  • Inspection rounds inside and outside the building for condition monitoring
  • Monitoring and coordination of subcontractors on site as well as conducting acceptance tests
  • Ensuring availability of equipment
  • Systematic troubleshooting and problem solving within the scope of assigned tasks in the field of technical building equipment
  • Documentation of completed tasks

What you bring:

  • Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or as an electrician, electrical technician or similar qualification
  • Knowledge of maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and problem solving in the field of electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of building automation technology is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work on-call and in emergency situations
