Our Early Career Training team is seeking dedicated Pilot Training Specialists to join us as a Senior Training Systems Integrator (f/m/d).

In this role, you will lead a team in designing competency-based training for early career Cadets in the EASA ab-initio space, helping to develop the next generation of skilled pilots.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document training requirements as part of a broader learning analysis
  • Analyze training requirements to create learning objectives, outlines, and syllabi
  • Design training course outlines and storyboards for early pilot career training
  • Develop ICAO, EASA ATPL/100 KSA, and FAA Part 141 training materials
  • Validate solutions as an early career subject matter expert and evaluate the effectiveness of activities
  • Write and publish training materials and supporting documentation in accordance with standards, processes, and branding guidelines
  • Review feedback and collaborate with the team to address conflicting inputs
  • Coordinate stakeholder review of materials
  • Research, document, and provide technical information to support and update established processes
