Job Responsibilities:

1. Development and management of service agents:

a. Appoint service dealers in assigned countries according to HQ requirements;

b. Ensure effective management of workload, improvement of processes and systems, management of technicians and sub-contractors, verification of work, client communication and escalation, and control of jobs including administering variations and associated invoicing/project progress claims, and collaboration with other departments to deliver high-quality services;

c. Meet the market's needs for spare parts and tools by ensuring agents have sufficient inventory based on agreement terms;

d. Effectively meet customer needs, build proactive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction;

2. Training and technical services:

a. Provide technical consultation on-site or remotely to dealers or customers;

b. Conduct technical training for dealers or OEM customers to improve technical and product competency;

c. Ensure delivery of value to company clients and customers;
