Responsibilities:

Your daily work with us will include:

Correspondence (phone, written, email) with pharmacists
Correspondence (phone, written, email) with tax consultants, lawyers, and other business partners
Maintenance of master data
Scheduling and coordination of appointments
Processing and management of incoming documents

Qualifications:

You bring with you:

Completed commercial training
Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
Strong communication skills combined with a confident and friendly demeanor
Team player qualities with a structured and reliable work style
Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
