YOUR TASKS:


EXPERIENCE MEETS CHANGE

  • Consulting and support for executives and employees in all personnelrelated matters at national and international level
  • Sparring partner and coach for our executives
  • Recruiting including active search: complete handling of applicant management and support for the onboarding process
  • Continuous optimization of all People & Culture topics (e.g. personnel development, performance management, employer branding, and employee retention)
  • Driver of transformation and digitalization
  • Analyzing and interpreting key figures and deriving recommendations for action
  • Independent handling of labor law issues
  • Trustful and cooperative cooperation with the works council

YOUR PROFILE:


COMPETENCE MEETS CHARACTER

  • Successfully completed studies (business/social sciences or similar)
