THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU:

  • Acceptance of orders and services for Mercedes-Benz vehicles within the framework of dialogue acceptance together with the customer
  • Determination and documentation of repair scopes
  • Creation of workshop orders and cost estimates
  • Initiation of necessary customer service measures and examination of any warranty or goodwill claims
  • Definition and explanation of the time and cost framework of the services to the customers
  • Coordination of vehicle returns and payment methods
  • Communication and coordination of orders at department level

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • A successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally with further training as a certified service advisor
or

  • A completed further training as a master mechanic
  • Ability to adapt to constant technological innovations and changes
  • Desirable experience with the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Class B driver's license
