What is our company's mission?

Chainflip is a highly efficient swapping protocol that allows users to easily exchange native assets across different blockchains at competitive prices. We recently launched our FLIP token after 3.5 years of development, which has been a huge success.

We are not just another bridge. Our unique protocol design eliminates the need for wrapped tokens. We use advanced technology such as MPC (Multi-Party Computation) and TSS (Threshold Signature Schemes) to create aggregate keys held by a decentralized network of 150 Validators. These Validators control simple smart contracts/wallets called Vaults on multiple blockchains simultaneously. In addition, we have developed our own substrate-based application-specific blockchain, the Chainflip State Chain, to track balances, process events, and execute instructions. The result? Fast, efficient, and highly competitive swaps. We are taking on traditional centralized exchanges for BTC volume.

This is an exciting challenge that we have been working on for 4 years with our growing team of 15 engineers. While our headquarters are in Berlin, we value flexible work rhythms and encourage both in-office collaboration and remote work opportunities.

What is the job?

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Protocol Team. The Protocol Team is responsible for building the core components of the Chainflip protocol, including the Chainflip Node and the Chainflip Engine.
