We develop buildings that increase knowledge - for a hopeful future. To strengthen our technical building equipment department, we are looking for a HVAC planner (m/f/d) for our location in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.

Develop unique and creative solutions with us - your tasks:

Taking on HVAC planning tasks with a focus on ventilation systems in all phases of the HOAI
Planning and designing ventilation systems within a 3D model
Processing orders for private investors, the public sector, and industrial customers
Monitoring and documenting quality, costs, and scheduling
Internal and external coordination with planning and project teams
Independent work in a cooperative and interdisciplinary planning team

Bring your talents to exciting projects - your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in building services engineering (TGA), building technology, facility management, or an equivalent qualification in the field of technical building equipment, such as a state-certified technician in the field of HVAC
You have relevant experience with common planning and tendering programs such as Solar-Computer, Build-Up, and knowledge in Autodesk Revit
You have comprehensive expertise in relevant technical standards and regulations and are able to apply them effectively
You have already gained experience in planning, consulting, and monitoring technical system elements in building equipment
You impress with strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a goaloriented way of working
Familiarity with MS Office programs and excellent German and good English skills
