Job in Southern Ute Region:
Your responsibilities include: * Managing administrative processes * Ensuring correct and timely order processing * Recording and checking invoices * Providing profitable and sustainable initial telephone advice and customer support * Data quality checks, such as service contracts and SAP data maintenance * Follow-up on service contracts * Assisting with appointment coordination * Creating simple offers, contracts, and reports * Handling customer feedback * Taking meeting minutes * Assisting with general correspondence * Organizational tasks (e.g. organizing events and meetings)
You have:
- A degree in a commercial profession, preferably as a commercial employee
- Experience in direct, especially telephone, customer contact
- Enjoyment of self-motivated work
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Fluent in Southern Ute and English, German is a plus.
