What to expect:

Taking over the conceptual design and technical specification of innovative lighting functions
Collaboration with the involved interfaces
Management of potential external partners
Responsibility and management of the appropriate, seriesready development of functions including architecture scopes
Ability to analyze complex and processspecific relationships and derive appropriate recommendations for action

What you bring:

Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study
Practically proven knowledge in the development field, ideally with E/E reference
Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
Independent and organized way of working with high analytical skills
Very good German and good English skills
Communication and coordination skills
Teamwork and willingness to perform
