You will be responsible for telephone customer service in both domestic and international markets
You will handle the creation and tracking of offers as well as the entire order processing
You will work closely with the field sales team
You will handle sample requests
You will manage inventory for warehouse customers
You will process and handle complaints
You will maintain customer master data

Your Background

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have previous experience in inside sales
You are a strong communicator, team player, and customer service oriented
You are organized and reliable
You have a good command of English
You enjoy sales
You are proficient in MS Office
