Dispatcher (m/f/d) Local Transport

YOUR TASKS:

Dispatching of shipments in the local transport area in shift operation
Ensuring pickup orders for freight forwarding partners and customers
Ensuring the economic utilization of vehicles, taking into account legal requirements, as well as customer and network requirements
Processing of shipment inquiries from partners
Dispatch handling of line services
Monitoring and control of loading
Checking of freight documents and loading lists
Preparation of shipping documents
Close contact and interface function to the driving personnel, customers and deployed service providers
Coordination of costoptimized deployment planning and efficient handling of transports
Examination of transport contracts and documents
Close contact and interface function to sales, warehouse, customers and service providers

YOUR PROFILE:

You have successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
You have many years of professional experience in a comparable position
Your knowledge of geography is above average
In turbulent phases, you keep an overview and maintain your composure
You communicate on an equal footing with customers
