We are currently seeking
student workers in the customer service department (m/f/d) to join our team at our
Dresden location as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries from the telecommunications, energy, or real estate sectors through all communication channels:
  • Recording, processing, and coordinating customer processes
  • Processing lists for preparation of campaigns in telecommunications development areas
  • Maintaining data in SAP
  • Assisting in the preparation and followup of customer processes

Your profile:

  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken form, with a friendly demeanor
  • Service and solutionoriented mindset for customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in German, English skills are a plus
  • Previous experience in the energy, telecommunications, or real estate industries is advantageous
