Don Roberto Jewelers, Inc. is seeking an outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join its team If you thrive in collaborative fast-paced environments and enjoy helping people out, we want to hear from you.

This is a non-exempt and full-time position that is on-site and based at Corporate Headquarters in San Clemente, California. Employment benefits include sponsored healthcare, Life and AD&D insurance as well as a sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.

The hourly range for this position is based on various factors related to experience and skills ability as well as federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.

Qualifications for the position include:

Associate's degree in business administration or related field
1 to 3 years administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years customer service experience
Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.
Working knowledge of multiple communication lines phone

Essential Duties:

Ensure that the phone lines are answered 100% of the time in a quick, warm, and upbeat manner during regular business hours.
Greet all guests at the front desk and ensure they are timely connected with respective staff
Evaluate safety and security for the company's workplace environment.
Support planning and execution of company events.
Operate office equipment which may include, but is not limited to, the phone system, copy machine and laminating machine.
Track and distribute mail
Participate in Human Resources projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned
