As an Outside Account Executive, you will work with new and existing clients to identify their advertising needs and propose solutions leveraging the most innovative and inclusive broadcast and digital marketing tools across our 160 markets and multiple platforms.

You'll work with iconic New York City radio and digital brands like Z100, Q104.3, 106.7 Lite FM, 103.5 KTU, Power 105.1, 710 WOR and New York's BIN 1600.


Responsibilities:


  • Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products (we are constantly innovating and growing)
  • Foster relationships by meeting in person with clients in your designated market area
  • Cultivate existing business by strategically leveraging iHeartMedia's full suite of Broadcast and Digital products to meet your client's unique needs
  • Develop and deliver persuasive proposals
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful execution of sales campaigns
  • Stay abreast of industry and competitors
  • Negotiate rates and ensure prompt payments
Experience and Qualifications- A desire to learn and grow- Independent, self-motivated, competitive, assertive personality- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills- Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation- Strong client service relationship-building skills- Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures- Digital/Media Sales Experience is a plus- Salesforce experience is a plus- Reliable means of transportation with a valid driver's license and state-mandated auto insurance- Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills- High school diploma; college degree preferred

Compensation:


Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions.

$41,000-$51,250
