Your tasks

Administration of system accounts, access rights and licenses in the Microsoft 365 environment
Monitoring of system performance and resolution of internal IT issues
Acceptance, analysis and classification of incoming incidents from the hardware and software area, as well as IT support for users
Ensuring and follow-up of service level agreements (SLAs)
Active participation in complex IT projects and further development of the IT environment

Your profile

Completed training or degree in computer science or with a focus on IT
First practical experience in the IT field desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Modern Management) advantageous
Very good knowledge in the hardware and software area as well as experience in the helpdesk area advantageous
Enjoyment of developing and supporting IT systems
Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
Teamwork and communication skills
