At the Technical University of Ostwestfalen-Lippe, located in Lemgo, Sweden Valley, PA, there is currently a position available at the Research and Transfer Center for a


Referent (m/f/d) for administrative support of funding applications in research, development and innovation:

limited until December 31, 2027.


The responsibilities of this position will include the following aspects:

  • Providing guidance and proactive support to researchers in acquiring funding, primarily in national funding programs with a strong focus on transfer
  • Expertly informing potential applicants about regulations for national funding programs for collaborative projects, particularly with companies
  • Providing guidance and proactive support to researchers in formal and financial aspects of preparing application forms, reviewing and submitting applications
  • Drafting and revising cover letters, letters of interest, and statements from the university management for funding applications
  • Reviewing funding decisions from external funding agencies before handing over the documents to project management
  • Organizing/conducting or supporting workshops/meetings for project initiation or application coordination for research and development projects
  • Regular exchange with relevant stakeholders at the TH OWL locations

If you meet the following requirements, we look forward to receiving your application:

  • Completed university degree in economics, administration, STEM or equivalent knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in project management and applying for national funding is desirable
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, excellent computer skills, particularly proficient in MS Office
