Maintenance Manager Electronics (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring plant availability through preventive and ongoing maintenance, as well as conducting and regularly evaluating fault analyses
  • Planning, preparing, and monitoring productrelated plant conversions
  • Preparing, planning, and managing major maintenance and investment projects, including acceptance and handover, and deciding whether the necessary work should be carried out internally or outsourced
  • Obtaining quotes from external suppliers and evaluating them based on price, quality, and adherence to deadlines
  • Ensuring sufficient stock of maintenance materials
  • Implementing health and safety standards initiated by engineering and increasing health and safety awareness at the location
  • Supervising and instructing internal and external employees in accordance with company and legal guidelines and regulations
  • Creating and monitoring standby plans, as well as motivating, developing, and managing employees
