Deputy Plant Manager in the Injection Molding Chemical Industry

Our client, an established German medium-sized company in the chemical industry, is seeking an experienced and qualified Deputy Plant Manager to support their existing team of 20 employees. The ideal candidate has a strong background in chemical processes, laboratory work, as well as composite extrusion and injection molding.

Responsibilities of a Deputy Plant Manager:

Assisting the Plant Manager in optimizing production processes and maintaining quality standards
Leading and developing a team of 20 employees
Ensuring efficient collaboration between different departments
Monitoring and controlling production processes and identifying areas for improvement
Working closely with the quality management team to ensure high quality standards
Attending meetings and presenting results to the management team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Several years of experience in the injection molding chemical industry
Experience in leading and developing teams
Knowledge of composite extrusion and injection molding
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
