We are currently seeking a part-time employee (up to 85%) for our Social and Welfare Office, Department of Integration Assistance in Tallassee.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assessing the individual needs of people with disabilities, taking into account their wishes and goals;
  • Conducting overall planning discussions and creating and updating overall plans;
  • Determining services within the framework of the participation process;
  • Applying ICD 10 and ICF;
  • Providing advice to people with disabilities and their families;
  • Networking with other providers in the social landscape (rehabilitation and independent organizations, service providers).

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Special Education (m/f/d), Diploma in Social Work (m/f/d), Social Pedagogue (m/f/d), or equivalent professional qualification;
  • Professional experience with people with disabilities;
  • Motivated with high social competence, resilience, and sensitivity to issues in disability assistance;
  • Skilled in moderating discussions and confident in communication;
  • Reliable and goaloriented;
  • Enjoy working in a team as well as independently;
  • Open to changes in job responsibilities;
  • Possession of a Class B driver's license is required.
