As part of our healthcare services, the Children and Youth Medicine Clinic covers the entire spectrum of diseases in children and adolescents in our focus areas of neonatology/allergology, pneumology and cystic fibrosis/neurology, neurometabolism and prevention/oncology, hematology and hemostaseology, and stem cell transplantation and immunology.

To strengthen our team in the neonatology and infant ward, we are looking for you starting on April 1, 2024.

Your responsibilities:

As deputy group leader with a focus on professional leadership, you will be responsible for the professional implementation and monitoring of patient care.
You will provide your department/function area with current expertise and significantly contribute to its practical application.
As a substitute for the group leader, you will be responsible for the smooth management of operational activities in your department/function area in their absence.

Your profile:

You are a registered nurse in pediatric health care or general health care, or a nursing specialist.
You have expertise in the mentioned disciplines and are motivated to expand your expertise in all disciplines.
You enjoy working with children and their families.
You possess strong social and strategic skills and the ability to cooperate.
You have a high level of initiative, assertiveness, and persuasive skills, as
