For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe, we are looking for you as an IT Service Desk Agent (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks

First contact and support:

  • You are responsible for answering calls, emails, and tickets from end users who need technical assistance
  • You identify problems and can provide initial solutions
  • Your quick and efficient resolution of user problems contributes to increasing satisfaction

Documentation:

  • You document all incidents, solutions, and communications in our ticketing system

Communication:

  • Clear and effective communication of the status of problems and requests to end users is a matter of course for you
  • You collect user feedback on the quality of support and suggestions for improvements
  • If requests cannot be solved immediately by you, you are in close communication with other departments
