As a clerk (m/f) in the payment processing department, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of the company in Berlin.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and processing of returned direct debits according to internal procedures
  • Making decisions on account closures or releases
  • Close collaboration with the sales team
  • Handling customer complaints via phone and in writing
  • Working closely with the accounting department
  • Initiating legal collection procedures
  • Debt collection
  • Insolvency proceedings

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in payment processing, debt collection, and insolvency
  • Selfconfident and resultsoriented
  • Fast and diligent worker
  • Team player with good problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in English

Benefits:

  • Salary of € per month for a 37.5 hour work week
  • Working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:30am4:45pm, Friday 8:30am3pm
