The Juliusspital and Missioklinik are united under the umbrella of Klinikum Würzburg Mitte gGmbH.

With the merger of these two traditional hospitals in Würzburg, a hospital with 675 planned beds at two locations and more than 2,100 employees is created, where approximately 30,000 patients are treated annually.

For the
Human Resources and Legal Department at the Juliusspital location, we are currently seeking a full-time

Payroll Administrator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities include:

Independent and timely preparation of payroll for a designated group of employees, in compliance with collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and labor, tax, and social security regulations
Point of contact for employees, health insurance companies, and social security agencies
Processing of special cases (e.g. vacation pay, annual bonuses, anniversaries, partial retirement, company pension plans, and reimbursement payments)
Independent handling of reporting and certification, including evaluations
