Profile:
- Completed degree in engineering for supply technology/technical building equipment with a specialization in ventilation and refrigeration technology or equivalent qualification
- Experience in planning and/or construction management
- Extensive and uptodate technical knowledge, including knowledge of applicable regulations
- Initial experience with ventilation systems
- Experience with relevant planning software and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Determining the need for retrofitting HVAC systems (with a focus on ventilation technology)
- TGA system planning and coordination with third parties
- Reviewing and approving design documents and performance specifications
- Coordinating all construction activities
- Communicating with all parties involved, identifying and monitoring deficiencies
- Clarifying construction restrictions before and during construction work
- Managing and monitoring construction resources according to budget, costs, work, and environmental protection, etc.
- Establishing preventive maintenance measures
