As Head of Film, you lead our 6-person film team and drive the development of innovative and impressive visual storytelling.

Your tasks

  • Creative and disciplinary leadership of the film team, consisting of motion picture editors, cutters, and sound designers
  • Development of junior team members
  • Collaboration with business management, producing, and other creative units such as CGI, motion design, hybrid production, and creative direction
  • Ensuring the technical and creative quality of all film productions
  • Portfolio development towards image films and emotionally engaging trailers
  • Modernization of processes and formats, including integration of AI
  • Development of touching motion picture ideas, film support for campaigns
  • Management and supervision of productions, directing editorial work, filming, editing, and recording
