The IT and Digitalization department (ITD) of DGUV is responsible for all IT services of DGUV and takes on tasks for the accident insurance carriers.

It is divided into the Digitalization and Control, Development and Projects, and Infrastructure departments. This structure is complemented by modern and agile working methods in a matrix organization.

Our daily work is shaped by traditional IT tasks such as software development, data center operations, and user support, as well as collaboration on digitalization issues with ministries and other social insurance carriers.


Your profile:

  • Completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in computer science, a related field of study, or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Alternatively, a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Experience in implementing digitalization projects
  • Ability to analyze and model processes and work conceptually and strategically
  • Innovation and willingness to innovate
  • Negotiation skills, persuasiveness, cooperation, and teamwork
  • German (C1)
