Your responsibilities

  • You will manage a team of employees in labor and collective bargaining law, as well as salary accounting matters.
  • You will enter master and movement data in the payroll and time management system and maintain personnel files.
  • You are responsible for all tasks related to personnel administration, from hiring to termination of employment.
  • You support your colleagues in labor and collective bargaining law issues.
  • You actively participate in personnel projects and process optimization.
  • You handle temporary staffing.

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have optionally further trained as a personnel specialist (m/f/d).
  • You have professional experience in personnel administration and payroll accounting.
  • You have knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law, and ideally also of collective bargaining law TVöD or TVÄrzte.
  • You are a team player and have good computer skills.
