Automotive Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for Car Dealership Group

Do you want to be part of a motivated team? We are looking for an experienced workshop manager with a passion for cars.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading your team as a partner
Planning the work for scheduled orders and necessary additional orders
Planning and optimizing staff deployment
Responsibility for the complete execution, coordination, and professional completion of repair and inspection orders
Ensuring internal processes and compliance with our quality standards
Timely completion of vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
