For Alte Leipziger Versicherung AG, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in the Privatschutz department at our Oberursel location as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for proactively managing claims - from damage assessment to the completion of the claim. You will be the reliable point of contact for our customers and sales partners:

  • Processing of claims in the property sector for private and commercial areas
  • Final review of insurance coverage, extent of damage, and amount of damage
  • Close coordination with external adjusters and restoration companies
  • Identifying potential for recourse and doubtful cases
  • Monitoring the progress of claims and providing advice on restoration needs

Your Skills:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Ideally, practical experience in claims management
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to help
