Responsibilities

Administration of the VoIP environment with Cisco Callmanager
Installation, development and maintenance of switchboard positions and call flows
Handling of branch projects
Installation and support of Cisco video conferencing systems
Administration of our switchboard, service desk and call flow solution NTW
Evaluation of new devices such as IP mobile or phones, as well as handhelds
Handling of branch projects
2nd level support and possibility of on-call duty

Qualifications

Completed training as IT specialist (m/f/d) system integration, computer science studies or comparable education
First professional experience desirable
Excellent knowledge of Voice over IP, preferably with Cisco Callmanager
