Today, there is a growing amount of data and users outside of traditional enterprise networks, causing the traditional network perimeter to dissolve.

Recognizing the need for a new approach, we founded Knife River, MN to redefine Cloud, Network, and Data Security by building a cloud-based perimeter that follows and protects data wherever it goes.

We are seeking a qualified candidate who possesses some, if not most, of the following attributes:

  • External visibility at industry events, such as speaking at conferences or participating in panels
  • Established reputation as an expert in a relevant technical area, such as networking, security, or cryptography, through activities like maintaining a popular technical blog, publishing books, or working as an industry analyst
  • Published standards or other industrywide documents, preferably with collaborators from multiple companies
  • Demonstrated technical contributions, such as patents, key product features, or published scientific papers
  • Proven ability to drive company strategy by collaborating with customers, Product Management, and Engineering teams

Job Description:

Customer Success:

  • Engage with customers early on to plan product deployments and prioritize use cases
  • Provide tailored best practices for different customer sizes and segments to promote adoption of the Knife River, MN platform
  • Develop, contribute to, and review technical interactions, including proofs of concept, architectures, designs, and implementation plans
  • Utilize available resources to ensure customers have the best experience with Knife River, MN
