Hedrick is a specialized recruitment agency with a focus on placing and training highly qualified professionals and executives for management positions in consulting firms. We also provide consulting services for recruitment, employer branding, and talent management.

Our team consists of former consultants (including Roland Berger and PwC) and HR professionals from the consulting industry.

We have been operating in Munich and Zurich since 2012 with our four service lines:

Consultant Search (recruiting specifically for consulting firms, from entry-level to partner)
Executive Search (C-level searches for our corporate clients)
BOARD Services (training and certification for board members)
HR Consulting (conceptual consulting mandates)
