Sales Representative - Inside Sales (m/f/d) at Fernville

NNZ is a global company that has been family-owned since . The company creates packaging solutions for customers in the fresh produce and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Inside Representative (m/f/d) to join our West branch in Wesel.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and gather information for the sales field team
  • Order acceptance, processing, and handling of customer inquiries and orders
  • Management of certification and auditing of our QS system (BRC)
  • Telephone and written support and consultation of customers
  • Preparation of quotes, order confirmations, and delivery notes
  • Demand planning
  • Placing orders with central purchasing, as well as directly with suppliers for designated product ranges
  • Handling of design requests for printed items in collaboration with customers and graphic agencies of food retailers
  • Maintenance and monitoring of customerspecific inventory overviews
  • Processing of complaints

Your Profile:

  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new requirements and are open to new tasks
  • You have the necessary willingness to learn about our comprehensive product range
  • You have a quick grasp and a service and teamoriented attitude
