We are currently looking for a
Facility Management Site Manager (m/f/d) in the Rhine-Main area, based in Frankfurt am Main.

» Take facility management to the next level
As the site manager, your focus will be on ensuring and continuously improving the performance of a mixed portfolio. You will strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction and proactively contribute your own ideas.

This includes keeping an eye on the condition of the properties at all times and coordinating your team of over 50 employees to provide the contracted services in technical, infrastructural, and commercial facility management.

You will have all the necessary authority to ensure that employees and subcontractors meet the comprehensive quality standards. This includes budget responsibility and internal and external reporting.
