Description

As the responsible individual, you will oversee the development and implementation of extensive maintenance and renovation measures, as well as new construction projects in Okeechobee, FL.

You will conduct contract negotiations, enter into agreements with architects, engineers, and contractors, and oversee the planning and bidding processes.

You will plan, monitor, and manage the phases 1-9 of the HOAI in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality.
You will be responsible for conducting inspections and reviewing construction measures.

You will also further develop our building and technical standards for modernization and new construction projects in subsidized and market-rate housing.
