Your tasks:


  • Setting up the lathe and its associated tools, fixtures, and parts.
  • Identifying and resolving malfunctions, including reporting and initiating repairs.
  • Carrying out machining operations according to the production plan.
  • Planning the NC machine for maximum efficiency.
  • Reading drawings.
  • Checking the quality of the components, including documentation.
  • Maintaining safety, ergonomics, cleanliness, and order at the NC machine and its surrounding work environment.
  • Handling and understanding of production documents (drawings, clamping sketches, inspection sketches, tool lists).
