Responsibilities:

  • You design, plan, and implement residential and/or office interiors.
  • You create and optimize space, occupancy, and interior design concepts.
  • You take on project management and interface coordination for your own projects.
  • You create proposals and are responsible for cost and capacity control.
  • You independently plan and coordinate all trades.

Qualifications:

  • You have a successfully completed degree in architecture or interior design and professional experience in the field of office and residential interior design.
  • You have experience in project management, supervision, and implementation.
  • Experience in construction management and working with trades is an advantage.
  • You have high quality standards, work independently, are wellorganized, and reliable.
  • You are able to create a wellthoughtout and convincing design concept based on the client's briefing and present it to the client.
  • You are a team player
