What will the electricity and gas networks of Syna look like in the future? In our trainee program, you will get to know our dedicated and friendly team and its tasks that deal with this question.

Target network planning: Planning measures to sustainably and futureoriented expand our networks in view of the challenges of the energy transition and the data center boom in the Rhine-Main area
Network connection testing and certification: Technical testing of the connection, especially of large generation plants, to our electricity network
Smartification of our distribution networks: Creating the conditions for complete observability and automated control of our networks
Group work: Participation in crosscompany projects within the E.ON Group in future growth areas of the network business
