Here are the tasks that await you:

  • You are the first point of contact for your guests from checkin, to providing leisure tips, checkout, and handling complaints
  • In the background, you also independently take care of administrative tasks such as room assignments, cash management, and invoicing
  • You will receive a financial bonus for successful upselling
We are looking for a team player with the following qualifications:

  • You have completed a hospitality training or have previous experience at the front desk
  • You are comfortable speaking both German and English
  • You enjoy having weekdays off to avoid the weekend rush
