Full-time/Part-time, based in Bad Homburg.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent management and development of business nursing controlling
  • Supervision of PpUG reporting and monitoring of changes in legal framework
  • Determination of nursing budget for budget negotiations
  • Coordination and plausibility check of nursingrelated data for external data deliveries
  • Support in the implementation of the new legally required nursing staff assessment instrument
  • Independent handling of tasks related to the financing of nursing education (training according to 17a a KHG and according to PflbG)
  • Support in building a data warehouse
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly reports and annual business plans
  • Handling of adhoc requests and projects for management

Your commitment - what you bring:

  • Completed degree in business administration from a university or university of applied sciences
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling/personnel controlling in a hospital setting
  • Experience in nursing is an advantage
  • Proficient in using MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of KIS software (preferably Medico) and experience with data warehouse solutions
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a selfmotivated and structured working style
