Personal Assistant / Secretariat (m/f/d):

Become part of the central organization of our business unit Rhenus Transport. Together, we grow with the demands and look forward to having you on our team. As a "Personal Assistant", you will support the management of "PORT Road" with all relevant topics.

What awaits you with us:

You manage the daily office routine of the management.
This also includes planning trips and appointments.
You are the link to the different departments.
Furthermore, you plan and organize events in close coordination with the management.
Last but not least, you are responsible for creating statistics, presentations and decision templates.

What you bring with you:

You have a commercial degree or a comparable degree and have already gained some professional experience.
You are characterized by communication and assertiveness, as well as your good
