Your diverse tasks

Managing, organizing, and leading the team, with a focus on cost reimbursement, alternative medicine, and patient education measures
Ensuring the quality of work results and continuously improving service quality
Ensuring compliance with professional and legislative requirements, taking into account interfaces
Continuously optimizing and developing business processes, including utilizing opportunities arising from digital process optimization
Leading project and working groups as needed
Supporting the team during periods of change

Your qualifications

Successfully completed studies in a relevant field or completed training as a social insurance specialist with further training in health insurance operations/management
An open, appreciative, and solution-oriented leadership style that enables systematic and especially dialogical leadership
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
