Your tasks:

Supporting the development and active participation of children and adolescents with disabilities in society
Accompanying, caring for, and promoting children and adolescents
Reflective conversations with parents regarding the development of their children and adolescents
Collaborative cooperation between freelance workers, parents, and the youth welfare office
