    Responsibilities:

    • Present the variety of services and products provided by the company to potential clients to generate interest.
    • Communicate effectively with potential customers to evaluate their financial requirements.
    • Engage in New York Life's training and certification programs to enhance professional skills.
    • Acquire the necessary industry-specific licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
    • Actively seek new potential clients daily to expand the client base.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for success in this role.
    • The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to pursue personal and professional growth.
    • Building relationships within the community and leveraging networks is vital for this position.
    • Adherence to ethical standards is a fundamental expectation for this role.
    • Demonstrated track record of achievements in the Sales industry is essential.
    • Possession of a valid Life and Health insurance license is strongly preferred.
    • Experience with a Series 6/7 license would be beneficial.
    • Being bilingual is a valuable asset for this position.
