Responsibilities

  • Lead the yearly/quarterly review of capacity planning for our NCE region in Jericho, NY, ensuring alignment between supply and demand from various stakeholders and subregions
  • Serve as a liaison between Global and subregions for capacity planning
  • Coordinate with other business partners and develop appropriate systems, tools, and templates for the capacity planning process
  • Evaluate and balance the capacity overview and create action plans for the SBU, taking initiative in implementing actions across the region
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and overall governance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in capacity or production planning, preferably in the wind energy sector
  • Experience in process optimization, business development, or project management
  • Fluent in English, German language skills are desirable
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and MS Office (especially Excel)
