Description

Tasks:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems and carrying out various installations
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs of building systems, including troubleshooting
  • Independent troubleshooting of malfunctions in assigned technical systems
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, and testing of building systems (e.g. electrical, heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Customer-oriented troubleshooting
  • Proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Accompanying and supporting technical operations for clients
  • Digital documentation of completed tasks and daily work performance via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs, work reports)
  • Participation in technical on-call service

Your profile:

  • Technical education in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician, mechatronics technician, or industrial mechanic
  • Ideally with some initial work experience, but also open to entry-level candidates
  • Knowledge of multiple trades is a plus
  • German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Ideally with some initial work experience, but also open to entry-level candidates or technically savvy career changers with a desire for further training
